23rd FG P-51B

I'm looking for info on the color scheme details of 23rd FG P-51B's.
There is a photo, page 26 of Larry Davis's book P-51 MUSTANG, published by Squadron/Signal Publications 1995, showing a B model that was assigned to the 11th FG of the Chinese Air Force.
From another photo on page 33, I think we can assume that the rudder was blue/white striped. There is P-51B nearing completion that would like to use this scheme, if we can determine the correct colors. Are there any 23rd FG experts out there that can shed any light on this subject?
