I think this is a very serious subject, mainly becuase it is often blown out of preportion by the media. I see far more GA aircraft crashing than warbirds in general but far less than the number of cars crashing. Automobile accidents are far more numerous, deadly and damaging than aircraft accidents (with occasional exceptions of course). I would like to see a more balanced view in the media. I'm tired of the lead story being a Cessna ditching in a pond with no injuries and the drunk driver in the firebird killing a family relegated to later in the news.
