Mickey Mouse Spitfire

I dont remember which message board it was where I read about the new Spitfire owner that won a law suit with Disney and went out a bought a Spitfire. Who was that guy and where is he based? Someone had posted a picture of the Spitfire with the nose art with a very angry Mickey. Someone have that story they can pass on again?
