Class 3 medical good for 2 years in the USA?

Interesting, in Canada it's good for 4 years!
I agree about the 79 year old guy having a stroke and crashing, but you can be 40, in perfect shape and have one flying a Cessna 150 or mowing your lawn...
I guess this is just a topic on which we could debate for ages....
