One thing you did not mention is that both the new Me262s and the Flug Werk Fw190s are not flying yet. Once Flug Werk work gets their demonstrator model in the air and the first 262 is flying, then there might be more buyers. The finished product would be a good selling point. Also, I'm just speculating, but the initial buyers could have possibly put their names on the list in anticipation of high-demand for the rare birds.
Also, the global economy is not very vibrant at the moment, so any buyers may not willing to commit.
