That article also mentions the B-17 bowing to the audience. Remember seeing the BBC documentary "Col. Culpeppers flying Circus" about 20 years ago where I believe you see both the bowing and "one wheel" landing. This was my first introduction to the world of the Colonels in Texas with their 10 gallon Stetsons, grey uniforms, and more WWII hardware that I knew existed!
