Rob, it is N751A, built 1942. C/N 12060. Serial 42-92277, one of the six ex Israeli Air Force C-47s brought over to North America in 1997 ( first to Canada, then some were sold to U.S. buyers ).
The name on the front is "Boogie Baby".
Owner should be Oklahoma Airborne Museum.
