C-47 in Lawton, Oklahoma

I happened across this C-47 at the local airport in Lawton, Oklahoma. It was inside the fenced tarmac area surrounded by as number of vintage military vehicles. Does anyone have a clue who it belongs to? It was a very nice looking ship, and I believe the nose art read something like "Bayou Baby".
