I think your sources have their info crossed.
The serials in #1 are messed up. As I noted before 44-74832's ID was transferred to 45-11453 circa 1985 restoration.
#2 In the FAA database (just checked)
44-74230 ----- N5466V
44-74832 ----- N551MR
45-11453 ----- N59038 (no owner listed)
You might just be getting your numbers confused.
