This is news to me! I know a guy at the EAA at the Carp airport. I'll ask around.

However... SL721 is supposed to attend, along with Mr. Potters Staggerwing. The "Flight Fest" website does not list the Spitfire by s/n. Is it possible someone is confusing something and jumping to conclusions?

It would be fantastic to have another Spitfire in the area, but I am just not that lucky. If it did turn out to be true the first thing I would do would be to run out a buy a bunch of 649 tickets.

I'll let you know if I can turn-up anything.
