Glad too hear the Spit was finaly sold. But Barry's Spit a pontential flyer?! Seems unlikely based on an inspection and discussion by JS, VAM and ?? a while back. I hope who ever brokered the deal didn't endorse it as a potential flyer ;-)

But?I guess with enough money and time, anything is possible.
