Engine Coolant?

Hi,

What are Allisons & Merlins using these days for coolant?

Is there enough original glycol from WWII still around or do you just go to the local WalMart and stock up on anti-freeze.

Is the original glycol pre-mixed with water or do you have to add water as well?
