Jeff told me he directly represents Flying Heritage Collection and that he looks for aircraft for the collection and tries to negotiate deals for them. I believe Vintage Wings is based out of the hangar at Arlington Airport where the B17 is being restored. He's not the most pleasant person to deal with, certianly won't pass on my leads for Wildcat parts to him.
