Use the Hotmail and other free accounts to sift the e-mails

Hi Mick / Lads,

I had the same problem until I started one of the free accounts like Hotmail etc, they are worth their weight in gold, Hotmail has auto virus checker and I have had no problems with using it, you can also block e-mails from people with a quick press of a button.

You then can use your private e-mail for only those trusted members that you feel safe to issue it to, ask Tony, I know he uses a similar system.
