The human remains are as such the property of the next of kin. The Ministry of Defence whilst claiming ownership of various wrecks does not have actual ownership of human remains as that quite clearly lies with the family or neearest relations. That these pilots are known to be stil with the wrecks after all these years I find quite disturbing. The clearly is the ability to recover them
and offer them a decent christian burial - I hope some time soon they can finally rest in peace with dignity .
