As I said yesterday the Crown has declared these wargrave and the US Navy and US Federal Marshals will go after anyone who try to pull these aircarft. Also the local enviro. groups are starting to raise some stink about the whole thing.

As for the proper paper work I believe this group was a fly by night operations and Mr. Webster told Peter Hess to check with all of us hear in the State. The State of Maine is going to review their aircraft policey and I think they are going to finally claim all ownership in the waters of Maine. With that said they will seek Crown rights to deceide what to do with human remains.

I would like to also point out were these two aircraft are sitting are in the middle of one of the busiest lake durning summer season and a number of towns are not happy with losing $$$ durning this time of season. Also one aircraft lies in the path of the Seaplane route and what I understand the FAA were'nt even notified so they are'nt happy either. All and All it quite a mess and I personally think it is the right thing to do. Maybe later when a the Crown change their policy which I personally think is wrong then maybe these two pilots can be layed to proper rest.
