I agree with Neil's comments, although I would recommend Photoshop Elements instead of Photoshop 7.0, the latter being outrageously expensive. I use the former which also comes with a monitor calibration program. If you really want to get into aviation photography, then have a look at www.airliners.net, where you can learn a lot from the aviation photography forum (you can also download a calibration program somewhere on this site). You can also join me and thousands of other photo enthusiasts in trying to get photos accepted on the site.... ;)
