Neil,

I visited Vancouver last year and found the museum's fasinating. Did not see Comox but visited the Canadian Museum of Flight and BC Aviation Museum. Both have an excellent inventory of aircraft on display. It is to bad money can't be raised to build a proper facility to house these aircraft. I really enjoy photographing them outside but I know they need shelter to protect them from the weather.

I have to say I have grown up and lived near the CWH all my life and my love of flying warbirds is very strong so they are first on my list, despite the politics and some of the decisions they have made. Second is Ottawa because of the outstanding collection of airframes. For anyone who has not been to the National Aviation Museum in Ottawa the best day to go is Canada Day as they roll out several aircraft and even fire one or two up. The last time I was there on July 1st George Neal fired up the Hind, very exciting!
