U-Uoat U-234 (Crated Me 262 cargo)

When U-234 was surrendered to the US at the end of the war, it was on it's way to Japan with a complete, crated, Me 262, presumably to act as a pattern for Japanese production (viz. Kikka)and to share technological developments between Axis partners.
Anybody know the identity and disposition of this airframe - Phil Butler's normally encyclopaedic "War Prizes" makes no reference to it although as it arrived by the end of May,it must have been one of, if not the, first 262s to arrive in the States particularly since "Watson's Whizzers" airframes did not arrive aboard HMS Reaper until later in the year
