Reading your post again for the umpteenth time and the replies, I think I partly misunderstood the message of you
first post. That's probably because I was wondering what c/w meant.

But anyway, you are right that it takes a hell of a lot of effort to preserve a salt water engine, and the costs and effort needed to preserve just one engine while there must be more (we have some ten salt water engines) is prohibitive. We are fighting a losing battle, but if an engine is netted and offered to us we never refuse, but we try to preserve it as best as we could..
