I can't see no reason to dream for something less than to

"have every major and minor type, every one-off or experimental design, and all in 100% condition, preferably flyable" combined with a couple of aircraft carriers to make the navy theme of the museum a bit more realistic.

I'd go for the rare stuff of lesser known air forces and manufacturers, preferably showing some effects of time and the use in combat...
