That first Israeli Mustang

Hi all,
Recently I saw a photograph showing the remains of the very first Mustang "01" in store at the IAF museum, only the wrecked tailsection. A different photograph taken by Robs Lamplough showed the complete fuselage of a Mustang also with the number "01" painted on, in a kibbutz somewhere.
So is this the one and the same aiframe and why was it dismembered since Mr Lamplough took his photograph (why didn'nt he take it with him together with his other Mustangs, Spitfires, Hurricanes etc.).
Furthermore, the same Israeli museum have several airframes of both Spitfire and Mustang, see previous post by Tony (three of each?). If aircraft types used by the IAF were swopped for these there could be new material available for restoration.
Any ideas?
Cees
