.. that Mr Grey should ever paint any aircraft that he owns, to a colour scheme that I suggest.

I am a fervent believer that Mr Grey (or Mr Allen, Kermit Weeks etc) should be able to do what they feel is correct, with their own money and property.

The collection is his and it is his money. He is free to paint them all green or even suspend flying the collection should he decide that such action is correct to his circumstances. No critisim would be heard from me!

However, I do have a preferance for seeing aircraft that have been operated by the RAF, displayed in RAF colours, the same is I believe that Christer would like to see an Spitfire PRXIX in Swedish colours!

Further to seeing a P51 in RAF colours and as I have said before, would be nice to see the RAF Museum's B17 in Coastal Command colours or even a FW190 in colours of the Enemy Evaluation Flight (why not?)

As for Mr Grey and TFC, the two have alway had my utmost respect for bring such aircraft to the UK and for the high quality of work in getting and keeping the collection airworthy.

LONG MAY THIS CONTINUE.

Still, at least it brightened up a quiet day!
