Need Throttle Knobs

Does anyone know of a source for the KNOBS for the throttle, mixture, carb air, and prop controls on american style (T-6, Stearman, BT-13, etc) throttle quadrants? I think the quadrants were all made by the Shakespear company but I haven't got one in front of me right at the moment so I'm going from memory. Banaire supply some plastic ones I know but I was wondering if anyone had another source. The originals look like....micarta?

Also need a source for the aluminum throttle knobs with a built in mike switch, ala P-40.
