I don't know if this is the fellow that advertised on Barnstormers or not, but Jon Roth is THE Shakespeare qaud restorer. He has all the parts, and I have dealt with him a few times on my PT quads. VERY knowledgeable! The last e-mail address I had for him is vintageaero@cs.com Try that and if it doesn't work, e-mail me off board and I will get you further contact details.
