Hi Dan,

I don't know anything about her being grounded, but, (as you know) I was at the EAA's museum this past Saturday, and she was already in the Eagle Hangar on display. She is positioned along side the B-17 which is also newly installed in the museum again. I asked the attending volunteer about the changes, and he said that they just needed the room in the Kermit Weeks Research Hangar (where both of the above mentioned aircraft are usually stored) be cause of some heavy maintenance they will be doing on the Ford Tri-motor in the near future. So who knows?
