The base was Petropavlovsk, this was also the same base that the two Russian fighters that shot down Korean flight 007 were based out of.

I've talk to a number of people who have seen the B-25 and anumber of other US aircraft. The USAFM has know about the existance of the 25 for almost 30 years.
