Correct me if I am wrong but as far as I know the Fiat is lying in salt water. Waiting some more years won't do the condition of the wreck any good. Why not recovering it now and preserving it than leaving it to rot for years to come or picked clean by divers (you guessed it, I am no fan of sports divers who like souvenirs other than for research or preservation).
