Yes, unfortunately most of their restoratations are not complete restorations. A close friend of mine whom is restoring a Dauntless traded a bunch of parts with them for a set of wings. Along with the wings came several pieces which they had started restoring, but for one reason or another chose not to continue with ... they were very crudely put together to put it mildly... good enough for external appearances, but internally totally inaccurate. My friend told me that they rarely do a full restoration, and that often parts are just fabricated to make it look externally complete, but not to the original drawings or specs. Pretty shabby if you ask me, but, I guess it gets the aircraft on display much sooner, and more cheaply, which is something I guess.
