...... understand the lack of interest in the Tempest.
Even though the less glamorous Mk.II is the subtype most likely to get air under its wheels, it would be a show stopper at any display.
I remember when we previously discussed the fact that the investment in some projects was higher than the market value and I can?t help thinking that this is a factor in this case.
If the cost for purchase and rebuild is comparable to the cost of a Spitfire, combined with the fact that Sea Furies are sold for less than half that sum ......
Well, I?m still on the look-out for a rich widow ......
