The wreck is 44-53242, and is combined with the remains of some other wrecks to make a project. It made a crashlanding near Bishop, CA 1958? and the pilot was killed.
It is a substantial amount of parts, with wings, tail, and center section. Its also a lot cheaper than going to Greenland, and represents a real P-38 project in a ready to ship condition. The P-38 is rare enough that this is the ONLY way to go right now...as N38LL was sold.
