My point was the yesterday's 'no hope' static is tomorrow's flyer. Where there is a will there is a way.
Re the case of the Seafire - if the appropriate finance, jigs fixtures and project management controls had been in place this aircraft would have flown a good few years ago. Sometimes it is cheaper to just spend the money rather than chase the 'budget deal'.
