... the bit "- teilweise noch in recht gutem Zustand -" means "some of them still in fairly good condition", which I?d interpret as not too bad. It says nothing about crates.
I?ve visited the Luftwaffenmuseum i Gatow and it?s still in the build up phase. If I?m correctly informed they are centralizing a lot of stuff among other things what once was at the Luftwaffenmuseum in Uetersen (close to Hamburg) prior to the reuninon (if I?m wrong someone from Germany will hopefully put me right).
I don?t know anything about the founding situation but judged by the money box into which you were invited to put donations towards the rebuild of the "Schweriner See Dora9" it?s not better than anywhere else.
My guess is that they will hold a firm grip on things unless someone makes an offer they can?t resist.
