: 1) Anybody know how much of Sea Hawks WV903 and XE339 are
: with the FAA Yeovilton Fire Section

Well after what I've seen of fire practice airframes there's not going to be much left worth saving if they have been used for this purpose, fire, metals and water do not bode well for an airframe :-( Also I would've thought that the FAAM would've had all the useful bits from these airframes given their proximity to them.

: 2) Who are Silver Victory Collection at Duxford who now ha
: ve Spitfire SM845?

After a bit of Googling I'd say that it has someting to do with Mr. Bos, have a look to see what the collection was named in the news section of Aeroplane from last month, the unfortunate Fokker DVIII pics article, can't look myself I've loaned my copy to a mate.

: 3) When did Lancaster B X Front Fuselage FM118 arrive in E
: ngland (Lee-On_Solent Hants) from Canada and is it still o
: wned by Bernie Slater

?????

: 4) Why have the Yorkshire Air Musuem built a new tailplane
: for their Halifax and are making new elevators?

So I'm told, it's because of the inaccuracies of the 'originals fitted to the a/c.

Tom ;)
