In 1989 the late Doug Arnold commissioned the sheet metal refurbishment of both BR601 and TE392 with a shop at Thruxton, Hampshire, in the UK. Both fuselages were delivered by the same truck. He instructed that TE392 be re-configured as a high back fuselage. With the passage of both projects to the USA and the death of Doug Arnold, they ended up, via circuitous ownership, with the Jetcap Corporation in the custody of restorer Harry Stenger at Bartow, Florida.
