That?s my point, or at least one of them. If you bring your project to someone with experience they ought to be able to give a quotation that is fairly accurate.
If you try to pull it off on your own you don?t have that experience and you are bound to reinvent a couple of wheels in the process.
Pioneer Aero and the P40 is only one example though, there are others with similar experience of a number of types.
