Steven Hatton, aged 17, from Bradford West Yorkshire. Been an ardent aircraft nut since I saw the Dambusters film when I was about eight. Am generally a fan of all aircraft types but particularly the second world war types, especially the Lanc. Visit Airshows, read books/watch movies and documentaries on the subject and have visited most of the aircraft museums in the u.k, still a few left to go to though!

My own flying experience amounts to gliding at Selby, Yorkshire with Burn Gliding club. Went solo in the summer. The club is based on the old RAF Burn Halifax base and we're lucky to have three huge runways to 'play on'.

Currently studying for A levels, main subject is art and setting off to Uni next year to do photography in Lincoln if accepted ( no coincidence about the place......want to volunteer at East Kirkby if they'll let me! ) . Current A level art work is a bomber command tribute painting. Will post a pic here of it when completed ( will be a while though )

Would like to be involved in the historic aircraft scene in the future although my ambitions arn't quite as big as Richards ( mightily impressed! )

favourite warbird, PA474
favourite static, Y.A.M Halifax
favourite museum, Duxford

enough about me...........who's next?
