Hi Peter
I am curious to know if it would be allowed to build and fly an all new Spitfire in the UK without resorting to an old ID number? Have there been no mandatory improved safety requirements in 60 years that would have to be adhered to, or any other rules that would perhaps change the appearance of the aircraft?
