Hi all,
It has been many years now since Doug Arnold passed away. Apparently his son David took over the collection as Flying A Services, but what's the future of this once so extensive collection?
I have seen the containers at North Weald where some airframes are stored in, some were rumoured to have gone to Holland for storage at Lelystad.
Where are Spitfires G-BRAF (Mk XVII, don't know the serial. should be SMsomething) en IX NH238 for instance? Are they still in deep storage in those containers.
Cees
