Bradwell Bay Typhoon

The Tiffie dragged out of Bradwell Bay was indeed scrapped. Saw some photos of it a while ago. All it constituted was the (very complete) cockpit truss structure (the stainless steel parts of which would no doubt have cleaned up perfectly) and the remains of the engine.

If my memory serves me correctly the pilots armour plate was triangular in profile, suggesting a 'car door' version.
