I am in the Ottawa area, and have been trying for a while to find out about this one as well. Since Potter is a private collector, it is hard to find information about it. I even tried to find Potter in cyberspace, but he must try to keep a pretty low "cyberprofile", in typical millionaire fashion. It helps to have a pretty common name too.
I will be keeping an eye out for it, but, like you, would really appreciate more details.
Interesting side question. Is a warbird in private ownership such as this really just a play thing for the owner? Or should owners be in some sense morally obliged to inform the community of the status of the aircraft, given that they represent a piece of our common heritage? Easy for me to ask since I will never own one, but it seems to me that there is a great responsibility to the community at large that goes with owning such an historic aircraft.
At least Potter has publically demonstrated the aircraft, but it would be nice to know about its current status.
