Attacker wings? You'd better hope you can get a pair from Pakistan - there's some weird stuff turns up in UK, but no chance of a pair of Attacker wings, I'll bet !
I'll admit that the Spiteful has a certain curiosity value, but that's about all. I somehow suspect that, even if jets hadn't come along, it wouldn't have been a very successful front line type (or the Seafang) - so many changes during the prototype and pre-production stages. IMO (for what it's worth !), Supermarine had about run out of steam by that time: even when they got to the Swift, it had an evolutionary thread traceable directly back to the Spitfire. All the other Brit companies started with a clean sheet of paper when they designed their first jets.
