Ok if a certain wreck would qualify as a memorial but every attempt should be made to bring it under cover by erecting some sort of shelter over it.
I just cannot understand that wrecks are socalled memorials and then be allowed to rot away. That is only short term thinking.
There was also a very substantial Hudson wreck in Luxembourg, but over the years a lot has been taken away.
