I think there are quite a lot of engine parts around on the continent - I was offered an inexpensive DB605 crankcase a while ago but it was in Germany and would have cost a fortune to ship to the UK!
But quality would be a big worry I think. I'm sure that a lot of caches remain to be discovered - remember the intact V2 rocket motors at Nordhausen!
Hopefully someone somewhere will eventually make new-build blocks etc. Maybe in Eastern Europe, although it would probably be worth their while to make Merlins first?
