Jim with a stupid P-51B question

Okay guys..take this with a grain of salt. I was cleaning out my bookcase last night and found a Warbirds Worldwide Mustang special publication. On one of the last pages Paul Coggan writes.."have you heard about the 20 P-51B's just found in China" now I am not totally inept or that gullable but what the H#@$ did he mean? Is this a "legpuller" or not?
