Sad to hear, but also understandable that they don't want to loose their heritage to people which happen to have more money than they have today. But the question is if this is the right way to keep some important parts of the heritage in the country.

I still wonder what happened with that more or less complete He 111 that had belly landed in the Murmansk area which my friend saw 10 years ago. He participated in a trip in the murmansk area where they travelled by helicopter between wrecks... Those were the days!
