New Russian law curtails recoveries ?

Guys

Just received this from Russia ... doesn't look good for future prospects ;-(

"New law say that - we must take an open list to the Victory museum for work with war artefacts - and we must send all parts which we recover to museum. After this we can ask the Government about compensation for our costs. But Russian
Government never pay any money to Russian people! It is impossible. Seems that all this work will be stopped in near future.
Seems that only 'criminals and mafia types' can work in new comditions!"
