I think that was the latest I had heard (Luftwaffe Verband, maybe)? There was a discussion as to what DID happen to the Bv238, and as I recall what wreckage was there was NOT German origin. Then again, maybe I'm confusing two different stories- I don't have the article near me at the moment.

It wasn't a 138, though, that I'm certain of.
