No,no I do not want to start the discussion on restoration/replica/reconstruction again,
I agree totally with you, it is just that it's a pity that so much of an aircraft has to be replaced just because of the low survivability of it's construction.
The more Hurri's in the air the better. I have this dream that the flyable Hurricanes all over the world could be brought to Brooklands in 2006 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of it's first flight.
