The path of infection started like this:
Grew up the son of a Naval Aviator
Fell in love with jets
Got older
Realized Jets lacked something
Got Older
Realized modern jets lacked soul
Got older
Discovered the internet
Got older
Discovered the Luftwaffe
Got older
Created the Luftwaffe Resource Group
Got Older
Progressed through interest in all types of piston engined aircraft used in WWII
Got Older
Developed an interest in surviving warbirds as an extension of my interest in thier use in WWII
Got Older
LRG transformed into Warbirds Resource Group
Got Older
Suddenly I realized I'm old and have 500+ books and magazines.
It could be worse.... I could have an interest in golf or some such...
